Golden Syrup Pudding

Cream Together…

• 240 gm Butter
• 240gm Caster sugar
• 4 x Eggs beaten gradually to butter mix
• 350 gm Plain Flower
• 15 gm baking Powder sift altogether 2 times
• 2 gm salt

Add dry ingredients + 2 teaspoons Vanilla + 1 teaspoon Orange rind to butter and egg mix alternating with 100ml of milk.

Layer of Golden Syrup into greased bowl or dariol moulds…180 C

Chocolate Tart

• 140 gm butter
• 150 gm dark Chocolate
• Pinch salt
• 8 x tab spoons Cocoa… Melt over steam
• 4 x Eggs
• 200 gms Sugar… Whip fluffy
• 3 x tbs Sour Cream
• 3 x tbs Golden Syrup… Mix together

Mix Choc and egg mix together. Add to bind.

40 mins at 150 C in Quiche Flan dish
