- 2½ x Cups Plain Flour
- 1 x Tbs Bicarb
- ½ x Tsp Cinnamon
- ½ x Tsp Nutmeg
- 1 x Cup Sultanas & Chopped Apricots
- 2/3rd x Cup Oil
- 2 x Eggs
- 1 x Cup boiling Water
- 2 x Cups Buttermilk
